Come join Rachel Misfud as she shares with us an informative power-point presentation on the identification, anatomy, and physiology of mushrooms growing all around you!
Rachel Misfud is a Southern Michigan local foraging expert, founder of Will Forage For Food, and founder/coordinator for the Great Lakes Foragers Gathering. She teaches about wild food and sustainability all over the Great Lakes region in person as well as with online classes. Rachel has her BS in Environmental Biology and MS in Ecology, and is a biology lecturer at University of Michigan (Dearborn).
