Valerian (Valeriana officinalis)

Fresh organic valerian roots tinctured in organic vegetable glycerin 

Valerian root has been used as a sleep aid, pain remedy, and anti- anxiolytic herb. An excellent plant to have by your bedside to ease those nightly wakes and get you back to sleep. Taken in smaller doses during the day valerian may help with anxiety, and help manage pain. 

Take 2-3 squirts as needed. Can be taken alone or in water.

Sediment is natural in tinctures as its extracted from whole plants. Please dont be alarmed if you see sediment in the dropper or in the bottle
