HAG Skullcap Simple Tincture | Pain and Stress Support

Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) 

Fresh aerial parts tinctured in organic cane alcohol with a 1:2 ratio.

Skullcap is a useful general pain remedy, helpful for a wide range of problems such headaches, injuries, spasmodic pains such as cramps and general body pains. Skullcap may be useful as a skeletal and smooth muscle relaxant. It tends to be a relaxing sedative generally without the inability to function making it friendly for daytime use.  But also an excellent plant to help aid in sleep especially for pitta people.

It is a strong cooling bitter nervine helping with digestive complaints, excess hormones, and more. Skullcap can be used as a faster acting nervine making it great for acute issues but is also beneficial to take long term.

Take 2-3 squirts as needed. Can be taken alone or in water.

Sediment is natural in tinctures as its extracted from whole plants. Please dont be alarmed if you see sediment in the dropper or in the bottle
