Fresh organic roots tinctured in 95% organic cane alcohol at a 1:2 ratio 

Kava has been used for centuries in the Pacific islands as a ceremonial and social beverage. Kava has a warming peppery taste, and may be used for anxiety, muscular pain, insomnia, and stress. 

David Winston uses Kava as a mucus membrane analgesic for the upper GI, urinary tract, and reproductive tract.  Especially for urinary tract infections, prostatitis, interstitial cystitis, andinflammation of the vas deferens. It is also a wonderful internal and external remedy for muscular pain, tension, and spasm.

Not to be used in pregnancy or breast/chest feeding people 

Take 2-3 squirts as needed. Can be taken alone or in water.
